Lead and manage the execution of Field Service activities for turbine projects at Emerson. Ensure successful installation and operational excellence while fostering collaboration with clients and teams.
Responsibilities
Manage turbine start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring resources and teams are aligned for successful site operations
Expand and develop Field Service installation and commissioning resources to support the growth of the turbine business
Oversee personnel, equipment, and financial resources to expand the business volume and profitability of the Turbine Outage group by managing Field Service scope and change notice activities
Build close relationships with Turbine retrofit customers to grow the Emerson Power & Water Solutions business volume while providing quality service and support to our customers
Collaborate with regional Field Service leadership to share resources to enhance productivity and promote teamwork in the region and throughout the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in Instrumentation and Control in the Power industry
Demonstrated experience in resource management, risk management, and change management
Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time while assessing technical specifications
