Responsibilities
Provide customers with information regarding products.
Educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives.
Process orders received by telephone, fax, and email.
Assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status.
Process and authorize returns.
Partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
