About the role
- Support EU sales offices to achieve sales targets by providing complete proposals for control valves on customer capital project inquiries. Offer a complete ‘inquiry to order’ service.
Responsibilities
- Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers.
- Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions.
- Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
- Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
- Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
- Follow up of the provided quotations.
- Maintain the record of working processes.
- Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
- Practices and promotes “Customer Thinking” culture in all aspects
Requirements
- Proficient level knowledge of English is a must.
- Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
- The ideal candidate must be Self-organized, Team player and able to multi-tasking.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
