Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Sales Director
Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and large‑scale activities
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
Work proactively and independently to organize recurring meetings and ensure strong follow‑through
Arrange and manage travel plans and logistics
Collect information, conduct simple research as needed, and maintain organized records and documentation
Support day‑to‑day team activities and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
Experience providing administrative or executive support, preferably in a multicultural or international environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
A proactive, adaptable approach with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service
Experience supporting senior leaders or a commercial/ sales team
Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and event coordination
High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures
