Executive Assistant responsible for managing schedules and communications for a Corporate Executive at Paramount Global. Ensuring organizational effectiveness and supporting leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.
Ensure the Executive’s office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.
Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.
Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
