About the role

Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Compensation- und Benefits-Strategie
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Vergütungsstrukturen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Durchführung von Markt- und Gehaltsbenchmarks sowie Erstellung von Vergütungsanalysen
- Gestaltung und Begleitung eines jährlichen Salary-Review-Prozesses
- Beratung von Führungskräften und HR-Kollegen zu Vergütungsfragen und aktuellen Markttrends
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer betrieblichen Zusatzleistungen (z. B. betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Mobilitätsprogramme, Gesundheitsangebote)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Payroll und externen Dienstleistern
- Sicherstellung der Compliance aller Vergütungsprozesse, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Entgelttransparenzgesetz (EntgTranspG):
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- Sicherstellung von Entgelttransparenz und diskriminierungsfreier Vergütungsstrukturen
- Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen für Auskunftsverfahren nach EntgTranspG
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, HR-Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Compensation- und Benefits-Umfeld, gerne auch im internationalen Kontext
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vergütungssystemen, Arbeitsmarkttrends und grundlegenden arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Verständnis für gesetzliche Anforderungen im Vergütungsbereich, insbesondere Entgelttransparenzgesetz (EntgTranspG)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Proaktiver, strukturierter Arbeitsstil und Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit HR-Analytics-Tools von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
