About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial processing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready financial and production documentation
- Assist with software license generation, entitlement tracking, and system logging
- Support production workflows including configuration, serialization, and quality checks
- Maintain inventory records for hardware, licensing components, and shipments
- Coordinate order fulfilment, shipping documentation, and client communication
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High integrity and dedication to accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Literacy in French, German, and/or Italian is a strong plus
