Responsibilities
- Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlungen (incl. Änderungsmanagement) und Begleitung der Abwicklung
- Claim Management einschl. Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern und Auftragnehmern
- Erstellung auftragsbezogener Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen
- Steuerung und Kontrolle der Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Projektleitung
- Restrukturierung, Steuerung und Kontrolle gestörter Projekte
- Abwicklungsbegleitendes Controlling einschl. Erarbeitung von Lösungen für baubetriebliche und vertragliche Probleme spezifischer Projekte
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen
- Unterstützung bei Vergabeprozessen
- Aufbau und Implementierung einer erfolgreichen kaufmännischen Projektarbeit und die Entwicklung einer effektiven projektübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder durch Erfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
- Kenntnisse der VOB und des BGB
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Strukturiertes Denken, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
