Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment;
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of project codebases;

- Implement and promote agile development practices to ensure efficient, high-quality deliveries;

Requirements
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, project management, and software development best practices;

- Streaming and messaging solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, SNS);
- Relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL);
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Git/Jenkins);

- Strong code quality practices (SOLID / Clean Code);
