About the role
- Mental Health Therapist providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Joining a growing team with flexible scheduling options in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation and treatment plan reviews
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions
- Coordinate services with case managers and other personnel
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or behavioral sciences from an accredited college
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Prefer experience with couples and families
