Responsibilities
Responsible for trade marketing activities
Development of point-of-sale materials (MPDV)
Support on the sales/incentive campaign platform; verification of invoices (NF)
Development of incentive campaigns
Creation of the promotional calendar
Align visibility actions in stores and on partner websites (banners, product/brand pages, POS materials, end-cap and other displays)
Collaborate with the training team to develop customer-facing content
Manage invoice and requisition entries in SAP
Brief and propose improvement plans with agencies and suppliers
Conduct market visits to gather insights and drive innovation; attend external meetings with partners
Perform strategic analyses and annual action planning for key accounts
Monitor and organize spreadsheets and performance reports (BI) to support decision-making — sell-in, sell-out and pricing
Monitor results and generate reports on actions with evidence of execution and outcomes
Support the development of events and the Annual Sales Convention
Assist in identifying new launch opportunities by understanding the needs of the commercial team and customers
Direct contact with multiple internal departments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising or related fields
Preferred experience in Consumer Goods and Home Center channels (building materials retail)
Experience with tools: Nielsen, Intelibrand, Neogrid, Kantar, Scanntech, Mtrix, SAP and Salesforce
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
