Responsibilities
- provide 24/7 Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance services to up to 10 million lives
- respond to initial customer contacts and request for services
- provide telephone and on-site support for crisis intervention, assessment, short term problem resolution
- manage Critical Incident Stress Debriefing requests
- assess members and assist them in accessing behavioral healthcare benefits
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of direct psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience
- current unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC) in applicable state(s) required
- MA/MS preferred
