Responsibilities
Provide support to SMB customers using the platform to create and manage campaigns.
Handle customer service and operational support to resolve questions and issues.
Monitor campaign workflows and ensure correct delivery of placements.
Monitor the performance of media points.
Coordinate with partners on inactive placements and track resolution of incidents.
Support the Customer Success team with operational routines related to campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Creative and proactive.
Comfortable using image editing tools.
Experience in customer service, Customer Success, or operational roles.
Familiarity with campaign management platforms or digital media tools.
