- Prove hands-on support for the daily operations and maintenance of Windows 11 device fleet, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure services
- Prepare, configure, and deploy computers using Intune and standardized provisioning processes
- Deliver daily end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Track, document, and manage incidents using the ticketing system while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Monitor hardware inventory and stock levels, ensuring appropriate forecasting and timely replenishment
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to global IT initiatives including Azure cloud projects and system compliance requirements
