Responsibilities
- Proven experience in managing and executing highly complex projects.
- Experience with area clearance, expropriation and property relocation/evacuation for infrastructure works.
- Experience in document analysis of properties, appraisal reports and technical cadastral records.
- Experience in monitoring legal proceedings, particularly repossession (reintegração de posse) and expropriation cases.
- Experience liaising with public authorities, property owners, utility companies and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing project schedule, cost and quality KPIs.
- Knowledge of land tenure law, expropriation and land regularization.
- Knowledge of infrastructure project implementation processes (highways, concession projects or public works).
- Experience preparing technical reports, control spreadsheets and executive presentations.
- Knowledge of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).
- Experience in reviewing and issuing consents, technical opinions and PIT documents.
- Knowledge of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Specialization or coursework in Project Management, Infrastructure, Land Regularization or Permitting/licensing preferred.
- Availability to work in Anápolis, Goiás (GO), Brazil.
