Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic development of ecopals
- Ensure innovative asphalt technologies are implemented in real-world projects and achieve commercial success
- Serve as the technical and commercial interface, working closely with customers, construction partners, and our management team—from the initial project concept to practical implementation
- Translate technical findings from R&D into concrete customer projects
- Provide hands-on support for pilot and customer projects—both in the office and on-site
- Support project planning, asphalt mix design, and technical specifications
- Act as the technical-commercial interface between ecopals, customers, and partners
- Prepare samples, tests, and technical documentation
- Support proposals, presentations, and business development activities
- Analyze CO₂ savings and the economic benefits of our solutions
Requirements
- Ideally a completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (focus on infrastructure/road engineering) and currently enrolled in a Master’s program with an economic/business focus
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial interest
- Enjoy interacting with customers and pragmatic problem-solving
- Self-starter with a structured working style and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel
- English: fluent – German: strong plus
