- Monitoring and scheduling of procedural deadlines for medium-volume mass litigation;
- Regular monitoring of cases in the portfolio;
- Preparation of procedural reports;
- Development of legal strategies and procedural arguments;
- Drafting of procedural and appellate filings;
- Negotiation and execution of settlements;
- Technical supervision of interns;
- Oral arguments and preparation of legal opinions;
- Analysis of property registration records (matrículas);
- Client service, including conducting meetings and exchanging emails;
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience in all phases of legal proceedings;
- Preferably experience handling strategic cases;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
