Responsibilities
You are responsible for teaching vocational training content and advanced training courses for electrical specialists, with a particular focus on digital training topics (for example, intelligent/digital local distribution substations).
You are also the primary point of contact for our apprentices and independently manage the training process, guiding trainees in both theoretical and practical training content.
As a trainer for initial and continuing education, you drive digitization forward and accompany our learners on their path into a digital world.
In addition, you prepare apprentices for examinations and methodically prepare technical topics for knowledge transfer.
You plan and coordinate training materials and ensure optimal workflows in initial and continuing education.
Preparing evaluations for apprentices and conducting feedback discussions are also central parts of your responsibilities.
Requirements
You hold a Meister qualification with a specialization in electrical engineering and ideally possess a trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung) or are willing to obtain it.
Working with common MS Office applications is not a challenge for you.
Ideally, you are familiar with modern presentation and training methods.
You enjoy working in a team of learners.
