Responsibilities
You will contribute to the further development of the Supply Chain training program and its content
You will independently prepare reports and analyses for key metrics of the Supply Chain organization
You will support communication within the group-wide Supply Chain, e.g., by creating intranet posts
You will support defined organizational and process-related Supply Chain topics, such as supplier management
You will assist with the functional roll-out and introduction of new digital solutions, e.g., by coordinating trainings and preparing documentation or videos
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, HR management, or (work and organizational) psychology
You have gained initial relevant experience in development, training design and organization through previous internships or working-student roles
An understanding of Supply Chain topics is desirable
Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
Experience with Power BI is a plus
You speak German at native level and English fluently
