About the role
- Key-Account-Manager coordinating customer requests and managing energy projects for Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH. Engaging with clients for renewable energy connections and climate protection initiatives.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for feed-in operators and large-scale battery storage systems in the high-voltage grid.
- Coordination of the handling of all customer inquiries.
- Support and coordination of new grid connections.
- Conducting project meetings and coordination discussions with customers.
- Independent organization and technical guidance of colleagues.
- Representing the company as a partner for climate protection.
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering or comparable qualifications and experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of grid and energy market structures in Germany and the relevant regulations.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
