Requirements
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or Social Sciences (or a related field)
Hands-on and experienced: At least 5 years’ experience facilitating groups of various sizes
Strong organizational skills: Work in a highly structured, flexible way and independently develop innovative solutions
Team player with initiative: Proactively contributes ideas and drives their implementation
Empathetic: Understands the needs of our customers and acts in a solution-oriented manner
Tech-savvy: Excellent knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint is a matter of course
