Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support for production applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and optimization of containerized applications
Monitor application performance and system health using observability tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
Collaborate with L3 development teams to troubleshoot application issues, optimize deployments, and improve system reliability
Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues including load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and service mesh configurations
Support AI/ML platforms and applications, understanding their unique infrastructure and operational requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s) administration and troubleshooting, including pods, services, deployments, and persistent volumes
Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, proxies, and network security
Proven experience in application support roles with expertise in incident management, troubleshooting and problem resolution
Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, containerd)
Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems administration
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and tooling
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources
Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and CI/CD workflows
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
Serve as a technical expert in CFD tools helping customers realize their value. Deliver software demonstrations, training, and support as part of a collaborative team.
