- Authorizes preliminary project scope reviews, scope definitions, and estimates
- Chairs regular update meetings to management on scope, budget, engineering costs, schedules, and estimates for engineering designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology or construction management
- 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or capital infrastructure projects
- PMI/PMP (Project Management Institute) certificate preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
