Responsibilities
Escalate in-country business and IT demands to the Sub Region Head of IT for prioritization and alignment.
Identify and escalate critical issues and risks that may impact service delivery or project execution.
Give input to Head of Delivery on upcoming project demand, as well as portfolio status.
Coordinate the in-country matrix team to ensure effective execution of prioritized IT activities.
Collaborate with local infrastructure and application teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.
Maintain clear and proactive communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
Track progress of prioritized activities and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business expectations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of escalation and coordination processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, coordination, or project management
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a matrix or regional organizational structure
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
Experience in demand management and escalation processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
