About the role

Responsibilities
- Escalate in-country business and IT demands to the Sub Region Head of IT for prioritization and alignment.
- Identify and escalate critical issues and risks that may impact service delivery or project execution.
- Give input to Head of Delivery on upcoming project demand, as well as portfolio status.
- Coordinate the in-country matrix team to ensure effective execution of prioritized IT activities.
- Collaborate with local infrastructure and application teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
- Track progress of prioritized activities and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of escalation and coordination processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, coordination, or project management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrix or regional organizational structure
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Experience in demand management and escalation processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English; in other language is a plus
