Senior Revenue Accountant responsible for managing billing processes and revenue functions in a global SaaS company. Collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in billing workflows.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility all the billing and revenue functions
Process all the month end billing adjustments and ensure the revenue check is correct
Flag and resolve discrepancies between contract data and billing system entries
Working with Sales team and FinOps team to finalise end of month billing
Review special terms deals, particularly those involving non-standard discounts
Manage Intercompany billing and supporting documentation
Review and analyse all the revenue metrics
Review customer contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Verify key terms such as pricing, payment schedules, customer entity information, and service deliverables
Liaise with the Sales and Legal teams for to clarify changes and discrepancies or missing information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in billing, or finance operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Experience working with billing systems, CRM and Oracle Netsuite ERP system
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication skills
