About the role
- Financial Analyst in charge of managing financial processes at DrogaVET, specialized in veterinary pharmaceuticals. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execution of accounts payable processes with a focus on timeliness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Tax validation of invoices, purchase orders and contracts, ensuring correct classification and monitoring of cash flow.
- Supplier management and negotiation, providing consultative support to internal departments to optimize processes.
- Monitoring of KPIs, preparing management dashboards and actively supporting the monthly financial close.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and audit standards; participation in automation projects and systems implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Experience with posting, verification and scheduling of payments;
- Experience with bank reconciliations and cash flow control;
- Considered a plus: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Financial Management or Accounting.
