About the role
- Product Owner responsible for the IT product 'Monitoring' at Dräger, collaborating with management and product teams for continuous improvement. Leading the product team and enhancing IT system monitoring globally.
Responsibilities
- Weiterentwickeln des IT Produktes „Monitoring“ in Kooperation mit den internen Kunden, dem Management und dem Produktteam
- Fachliches Führen des Produktteams sowie Stärken der Selbstorganisation
- Beraten der IT Produktorganisation, der Fachbereiche und des IT Managements zu Fragen der IT Systemüberwachung
- Planen, Steuern und Überwachen des Produktbudgets
- Überwachen der SLAs und der Produkt KPIs, sowie die regelmäßige Optimierung des IT Produkts
- Entwickeln von Sourcing Strategien (make or buy)
- Aufbauen und Steuern einer globalen IT Community rund um das Thema IT Monitoring
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung verschiedener Monitoring Systeme im Bereich der end-to-end Überwachung und für moderne Cloud Umgebungen
- Steuern von Dienstleistern
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Aufgabenbezogene Berufserfahrung sowie Budget- und (internationale) Projektverantwortung
- Kenntnis agiler Methoden: DevOps u. a.
- Umfassendes Knowhow im IT-Betrieb - besonders für Monitoring Lösungen, z.B. Icinga 2, Grafana, Sakuli oder vergleichbare Systeme
- Know-how in modernen Führungskonzeptionen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
