About the role
- Product Manager ensuring the success of Brinks ATM and transaction related products. Collaborate across teams to monitor KPIs, improve processes, and define product growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor payment product KPIs, analyze transaction data for trends, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes of processing issues or bugs
- Work with development teams, vendors, manufacturers and other partners to maintain product functions and growth
- Work with Accounting for product budget questions and creating fiscal product reports
- Identify Process/efficiency improvement methods, and work with PAI development teams or departments to implement changes
- Define growth strategies for each product, and work with the Product Development team to approve and implement new strategies
- Perform management tasks and daily routines to ensure products perform as expected
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years college education preferred
- 2 years minimum experience within the financial services industry is preferred
- 2 years minimum program managing experience; product development related fields are a plus
- 4 years customer-service experience in a professional work environment
- Must be willing to travel when necessary
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated
- Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required
