About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing contracts
- Handling legal disputes — both in court and out of court
- Reviewing complex legal issues and developing practical solutions
- Direct communication and advising clients — from the initial consultation through to successful implementation
Requirements
- German First and Second State Law Examinations (admission to the bar may also be applied for after hiring)
- Examinations should have been completed with at least a “satisfactory” grade
- Confident manner, negotiation skills and enjoyment in client advisory work
- Strong sense of responsibility and interest in practical, economically sensible solutions
- Structured, independent working style combined with team spirit
- Strong communication skills — both in client interactions and within the team
