Responsibilities
Earn Customer Trust: Demonstrate customer empathy and be the face of Distyl, managing relationships from end-users to executive stakeholders
End-to-end Workflow & Outcome Ownership: Identify the most valuable problems to solve. Embed yourself in the customer's workflow to understand it better than the users themselves. Ensure high accuracy and reliability to achieve the desired outcomes. Take ownership and accountability for the success of the customer engagement
Leadership: You and a technical lead will be jointly responsible for leading a team to deliver results to the customer
Data Analysis: Navigate noisy enterprise data to identify how AI can create reliable outcomes despite real-world constraints
User Adoption: Onboard users to our enterprise applications and platform, ensuring they realize value
Product Feedback: Represent the customer's voice, surfacing pain points that drive future product improvements
Requirements
A proven record in managing complex projects or strategic leadership roles, with demonstrable experience in client-facing positions within AI or technology integration
Exceptional Communication Skills: Capable of earning customer trust and liaising effectively between clients and internal teams
User Empathy and Customer Focus: A deep sense of user empathy and a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer needs
