Responsibilities
Always provide our employees with prompt and professional service
Provide a safe, inclusive community and support culture of well-being
Create good working relationships with ALL Dune Deck Employees
Maintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Dune Deck Employees
Overall supervision of in-season, active employee housing
Keep an organized, updated occupancy calendar
Communication of expectations to tenants
Submissions of any required maintenance and cleaning tasks to AGM
Cleaning, organization and overall upkeep of property
Assist Human Resources leadership with any administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communications and people skills
Meticulous planner and highly organized
Possess basic computer knowledge
Ability to work effectively with all personality types
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions independently
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, morning, and nights
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
