Responsibilities
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and translating needs into structured functional specifications
Assisting in solution design with development teams and ensuring proposed solutions meet business expectations
Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Creating process maps, data flow diagrams, and use cases
Supporting QA and testing activities, including preparing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing
Developing user manuals and training materials and conducting end-user training
Tracking and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability
Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and analyzing workflows
Communicating updates, insights, and progress to both business and technical teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT-related projects
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, enabling effective collaboration with development and QA teams
Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, allowing adaptation to different project delivery approaches
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar platforms, supporting documentation, requirement tracking, and process visualization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interpretation of business needs and translation into system requirements
Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and consistency of specifications and project documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supporting collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
