Requirements

- Experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
- Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
- Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients and team members at different levels.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
