Responsibilities
Gestion et développement du portefeuille clients
Piloter et développer un portefeuille de clients existants, en instaurant une relation de confiance sur le long terme
Identifier les opportunités de croissance chez les clients (nouveaux projets, extensions de périmètre, accompagnement récurrent)
Être l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des clients, comprendre leurs enjeux business et stratégiques, et y répondre avec des recommandations adaptées
Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction et de fidélisation
Suivi des projets et coordination interne
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets pour assurer le bon déroulement des missions vendues
Garantir la cohérence entre les attentes clients, les propositions commerciales et la production des projets
Veiller à la qualité des livrables et à la pérennité de la relation client
Développement commercial ciblé
Identifier, de manière ponctuelle et qualitative, de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (clients existants ou contacts entrants)
Qualifier les besoins, construire les propositions commerciales et accompagner le client jusqu’à la signature
Participer à la réflexion stratégique sur le développement des comptes, en lien avec le management
Requirements
5 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de comptes ou développement commercial
Solide connaissance de l’écosystème agence (agence de contenu, communication, régie, production…)
Très bon relationnel, sens du service et capacité à instaurer des relations durables
