Responsibilities

Provide architectural leadership for office moves, site consolidations, and acquisitions, ensuring first-time-right implementations with no extended outages.
Lead datacenter network modernization initiatives to improve resiliency, scalability, and performance capacity.
Reduce external contractor dependency and third-party spend by building internal architecture capability and stabilizing network operations.
Serve as senior technical authority and mentor to elevate next-generation networking skills across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture roles.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, WAN, and datacenter networking technologies.
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms and enterprise firewall solutions.
Experience designing or supporting Secure Service Edge (SSE) or Zero Trust network architectures.
Ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience leading initiatives from architecture design through implementation.
