Responsibilities
Directly manage the APAC-based Enterprise Applications team, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and local business needs.
Act as the primary management contact for global analysis, development, and testing teams, coordinating their input to meet APAC project deliverables.
Work closely with the Operations and Support Manager to resolve incidents, support production releases, and maintain operational IT processes.
Support IT Project Managers to ensure timely and effective project delivery across the regions.
Serve as the escalation point for regional risks and issues, driving resolution and accountability.
Represent the APAC Applications Team in management and project meetings, advocating for regional priorities.
Collaborate with Global IT Business Partners, regional Business Relationship Managers, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Ensure adherence to global IT policies, standards, and processes, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
Provide 24x7 support for critical systems and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience managing multi-discipline Enterprise Applications development teams.
Hands-on 8+ years of experience with Sales and Tech Support systems, particularly Salesforce.
At least 5 years of experience on team lead and people management responsibilities such as performance management, career management, etc.
Deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and JIRA (or their equivalents).
