Responsibilities
Lead internal communication and endomarketing initiatives focused on operational areas, ensuring effective information flow and supporting employee engagement, promotion and strengthening of culture and employer brand, and strategic internal communication aligned with business objectives and results;
Respond to communication requests from client/business areas, providing consultancy on selecting and developing strategies and supporting their implementation;
Propose content themes and institutional materials aligned with needs and target audiences (campaigns, presentations, daily/weekly briefs, communication pieces, activities, games, videos, podcasts, Q&As, article briefs, institutional key messages, internal trainings and other commemorative materials);
Contribute content and keep internal communication channels up to date;
Support the organization and execution of internal events;
Propose and implement activations to amplify campaigns, initiatives and events for operational audiences;
Liaise with corporate communication vendors and act as a facilitator between vendors and internal clients to meet requirements;
Maintain up-to-date mailing lists and databases;
Continuously assess the effectiveness of communication channels used, and manage results and corporate communication performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism or related fields;
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365;
Solid experience in internal communication and experience communicating with operational areas, as well as working with agencies/communication partners.
