Responsibilities
You actively support day-to-day operational activities in People Management, particularly in employee support and recruiting
You will gain insight into a diverse people-management environment and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills
You will maintain and ensure the quality of personnel and applicant data in our HR systems, as well as perform other administrative tasks
You will work on creating, revising, and structuring job profiles as part of our qualification processes
You will gain insight into various recruiting processes and actively participate in applicant management
In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR projects
Requirements
You are studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field—ideally with a focus on Human Resources
You are interested in generalist HR topics and would like to get to know both personnel selection and employee support
You work in a structured and independent manner and are confident using standard MS Office applications
You have good German language skills, both written and spoken
You are characterized by strong communication skills, high motivation, and a willingness to take initiative
