About the role
- Working Student in Data Engineering at Windtastics, enhancing data workflows and automation processes. Focus on Airflow-DAGs, data modeling, and team support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop existing Airflow DAGs (workflows).
- Contribute to designing and implementing new automated processes such as data imports, API integrations, or script jobs—from concept through deployment.
- Assist with data modeling and connecting new data sources and databases.
- Document interfaces in a structured manner and test them for functionality.
- Support monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting of running tasks and processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in (Business) Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- Knowledge of Python
- Some experience with REST APIs
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL
- Basic experience with Docker, Linux environments, and Git is helpful but not required.
