About the role
- Site Manager responsible for organization and process of service/maintenance operations at offshore/onshore substations. Ideal candidate will have experience in wind energy or maritime sector.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the organization and process of service and maintenance operations for Offshore and Onshore Substations
- Organization and implementation of repair measures on electronic and hydraulic systems, mechanical engineering components, and in the field of technology control and regulation
- Team management on site
- Communication and coordination with the project management, clients, service teams, external services, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Review and document daily work progress of service activities managed by the site
- Execution of the daily toolbox talks, incl. documentation
- Documentation of the project progress in close cooperation with the project manager and Chief Engineer, and Lead Operation Engineer
- Ensure the proper handover between the site manager shifts
Requirements
- Completed a degree in electrical engineering or other similar electrical background
- At least 3-5 years of substation Site Management working experience, ideally in the wind energy or maritime sector
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel, ability to work at heights, and physical fitness for offshore/ onshore site validations
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills
- Confident use of common Microsoft Office programs
- TW car driving license
- A local Taiwanese candidate is preferable
- Valid GWO BST, preferably
- Valid OEUk, preferably
- Applicants holding a class B technician for interior wiring or industrial wiring will be given priority.
