- Division Manager overseeing Major Component Replacement for wind energy projects in Bremen. Managing teams and strategic service portfolio in offshore wind installations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and build up the Major Component Replacement department, including subunits such as Marine Operations, Engineering/Tool Development, Logistics and Vessel Management
- Strategically expand the service portfolio for offshore MCR
- Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams
- Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales department
- Oversee and manage projects
- Risk management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in offshore wind project installation from both developer/operator and manufacturer perspectives
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of all major components of an offshore wind turbine
- Several years of experience leading project teams
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
