Responsibilities
- Help manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives
- Produce reports, perform audits, inspections and financial simulations
- Analyze financial risks, losses and profits
- Take on a leadership role for development projects and innovative, complex strategic initiatives
- Participate in the financial performance, planning and review of budget processes
- Help manage and monitor accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data
- Participate in product and service pricing and financial engineering
- Collaborate on the detailed design of the solution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in functional analysis, including gathering requirements and writing functional specifications
- Experience working in a technical support department in a business environment and with Hyperion applications
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Expertise in managing multiple requests and priorities, demonstrated through certification and/or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of operational support processes
- Knowledge of MS Office as well as ServiceNow and MOS/Oracle ticketing systems
- Knowledge of the EPM, PCM, ARCS and HFM modules
