- Collaborate Across Functions: Liaise with both operations in DAN and various manufactures ensuring solutions that enhance customer experience and drive adoption.
- Analyze Market & Performance Data: Use insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth levers.
- Measure Impact: Establish KPIs tied to growth objectives and monitor performance to ensure ROI.
- Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and create differentiators in the financial services marketplace.
- Forecast and align annual benchmark growth targets with senior leadership.
- Relationship Management between DAN Agents and operations by gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing agent feedback; ensure alignment with the “voice of the agent” to translate insights into actionable solutions that enhance processes, tools, and overall agent experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of then year of relevant experience
- Advanced experience in project management and strategy development
- Advanced experience collaborating with multi-sector leaders
- Knowledge of the Desjardins Agent Network or willing to learn
- Intermediate knowledge of agent-facing tools, systems, and operational processes, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies
- Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services product offerings
- Available for travel to the Aurora office when it's requested
