About the role

  • Senior Communication Consultant advising healthcare clients on cross-media campaigns and strategies. Involved in client communications and project management in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independent, responsible and proactive advising of assigned clients across all relevant media types, as well as independently planning cross‑media campaigns and strategies based on client briefings.
  • Primary point of contact for clients on all inquiries and subsequent interface management/coordination with other departments.
  • Presentation and preparation as well as follow‑up of communication strategies or other topics such as current trends and/or studies.
  • Independent analysis and interpretation of competitor data, market‑media studies and target‑group analyses.
  • Maintaining regular client contact and client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Preparation of media plans including evaluations (where possible) and client proposals.
  • Supporting and proactively updating the Group Head or Director Communication Consulting on client matters.
  • Reporting on and evaluating ongoing and completed campaigns.
  • Lead support for projects related to new client acquisition and/or defending clients in pitches.
  • Cross‑selling: proactive placement of relevant agency and network services.
  • Coaching trainees/apprentices and junior consultants to impart and/or expand professional competencies.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a marketing, communications or media environment, ideally in the healthcare sector with direct client contact.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as DML, myOC, myFC, Planbasix, Brandfacts, Pinball, MWO‑Vermarkterampel, CP‑Bonusliste, Benchmark‑Tool, Reporting‑Tool, Planungs‑Navigator, MDS, CoPilot, CCS, Statista and additional client/project‑related applications.
  • Confident presence, strong presentation skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Independent, structured and proactive working style.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
