Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to as many as four or five lawyers
Billing – strong background in financial responsibilities
Maintain attorney calendar and coordinate attendance to conference calls and meetings
Responsible for administrative tasks including document creation, editing and preparation of letters, time entry, expense reimbursement, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information as necessary
Maintain lawyers’ contacts lists in Outlook and InterAction
Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
minimum of 5 years’ C-Suite executive-level administrative experience
at least 5 years’ legal secretarial experience within a mid-to-large law firm
Patent, copyright, and trademark litigation experience preferred
Exceptional organizational skills
ability to work independently
strong attention to detail and follow up capabilities
ability to prioritize and multi-task
ability to work in a high-volume environment
strong Knowledge of Excel
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Teams, 3E, Chrome River, Adobe PDF
strong ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programs
ability to work with minimal supervision
