- Strong practical understanding of project delivery (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- English B2+ minimum, able to operate in international delivery calls.
- High personal ownership, resilience, and follow-through.
- Comfortable with uncomfortable conversations.
- Strong organizational discipline and execution mindset.
