About the role

Responsibilities
- As Product Owner, your responsibility will be to enable the delivery of value from our product roadmap and business strategy in Demant
- Drive Value Delivery: Ensure the team’s roadmap and backlog are meaningful, prioritized, and focused on delivering maximum value to end users and the business
- Foster technical acumen, set Direction and Empower the Team: Clearly communicate goals and expected outcomes, enabling the development team to make informed decisions and take ownership of their work

Requirements
- Good technical experience in one of the disciplines of mechanics or electroacoustics is a requirement
