About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects and sprints
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Manage risks, dependencies, and make prioritization decisions
- Ensure project reporting and track key metrics
- Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
- Participate in Delta's development tribe; support and manage Delta development initiatives
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when specific expertise is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management
- Experience in rapid delivery (MVPs, POCs, short development cycles)
- Knowledge & methodologies:
- • Scrum, Kanban
- • Leading multidisciplinary teams
- • Project management tools
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- English and French are required; additional languages are a plus.
