Responsibilities
Support for the BWH Academy
Maintain relevant participant data and documents
Create and send certificates
Support in recruiting and employee retention
Review and approve job postings for the BWH Hotels careers page
Process incoming applications and forward them to the hotels
Support internal communications (e.g., intranet, newsletter)
Coordinate employee appreciation initiatives
Send anniversary gifts to hotel employees
Organize congratulatory deliveries for weddings and births
General administrative tasks
Handle incoming emails to the central BWH Hotels inbox (as backup)
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Enrolled in a full-time degree program in an HR-related field
Understanding of HR fundamentals, especially recruiting and employee retention
Experience with online learning tools and HR software is a plus
MS Office skills and very good written and spoken German and English
