Responsibilities
- Support DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care Patient Engagement lane.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for patient onboarding and consent processes.
- Create high-quality training resources and analyze performance trends.
- Build scalable workflows for new patient attribution.
- Identify bottlenecks in current engagement processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process changes.
- Analyze performance trends and prepare regular performance readouts for leadership.
- Support broader Patient Engagement initiatives by managing project workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or healthcare operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both field teammates and corporate partners is essential.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
